Main Job Function

Work with team members and project managers to ensure deliverables align with project objectives and quality standards. Actively manage multiple project requests simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

1. Support the PM or Senior PMs in preparing files for project launch and ensure a smooth, high-quality launches to the production team,
2. Help generate reports in a timely manner to monitor important KPI and metrics for the team,
3. Assist in monitoring the progress of assigned projects, ensuring deadlines are met while managing multiple project requests,
4. Assist Senior PM in other project management and coordination work whenever necessary,
5. Participate in internal meetings and document key discussions, providing concise recaps for relevant projects,
6. Maintain and update project trackers and internal documents to support continuous project monitoring,
7. Assist in resolving minor project-related issues and escalate concerns to the PM or Senior PMs as needed,
