About This Position PRN, Night Shift Night Shift Pay Differential included Location: White Hospital Responsibilities Our Respiratory Therapists (RT) work closely with patients to evaluate and treat patients with cardiopulmonary disorders across a range of modalities and demographics. We collaborate with nurses, Advanced Respiratory Therapists, and Clinical Specialists to ensure total customer happiness and support. Qualifications Current license as a Respiratory Care Practitioner from the state of Indiana. Graduation from a CoARC and regionally accredited respiratory care program. Pass the N.B.R.C. registry exam within 6 months of hire date. (The 6‑month requirement is void if hire date is one year past graduation.) Healthcare Provider Certification. Other advanced life‑support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies. Preferred ACLS, PALS, and/or NRP certification. Strong customer service skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle confidential patient information. Basic computer skills and ability to work with EMR.
