SBM Management Services
El Representante de Servicio al Cliente será responsable de la limpieza y sanidad de todas las áreas asignadas. La posición implica proporcionar servicio y apoyo al cliente. Calificaciones No se requiere una educación específica, pero se prefieren de 3 a 6 meses de capacitación o experiencia, o una combinación equivalente de educación y experiencia. Responsabilidades Realizar tareas de limpieza. Realizar todas las tareas enumeradas en el horario diario. Operar equipos de limpieza motorizados. Mantener el mantenimiento diario del área asignada. Informar incidentes y condiciones peligrosas al supervisor. Cumplir con las normas, políticas y procedimientos de seguridad. Realizar tareas laborales en un equipo con otros empleados. Realizar tareas repetitivas. Mantener el área de trabajo limpia. Seguir todos los protocolos, procedimientos de la empresa, políticas y reglas. Recibir dirección y responder a la supervisión. Hablar con el líder, supervisor, compañeros de trabajo, gerentes y clientes de manera profesional. Llenar durante la escasez de personal. Apoyar al líder de turno en completar los elementos de la lista de verificación. Utilizar el equipo de protección personal adecuado. Presentar una apariencia y conducta profesional.
