Requirements Motion & Production Experience 4+ years of experience in motion design / creative production Experience working in in‑house teams, AI agencies, or marketing agencies Strong understanding of the full production pipeline: concept > storyboard > render > delivery Strong visual skills: composition, typography, color, storytelling, pacing Understanding of animation principles and character animation Ability to work independently without constant micromanagement Strong communication skills and ownership mindset Ability to work fast under tight deadlines while maintaining quality AI Skills (Required) Experience with AI tools such as Freepik AI, Kling, Seedance, Google Veo, and other AI‑generation platforms Understanding of AI‑assisted and AI‑native production workflows Understanding of prompt engineering and visual consistency Ability to combine classic production workflows with AI tools Experience with AI video/image generation, lip‑sync, AI avatars, voice‑overs, subtitles, and AI music generation Strong understanding of character/style consistency and continuity between shots Ability to quickly adapt to new AI tools and trends Experience optimizing production pipelines with AI and automation tools Responsibilities Video & Motion Production Full‑cycle video production 2D motion graphics and animation Video editing and post‑production Combining stock footage, AI‑generated content, and existing assets AI Production Working with AI tools for lip‑sync, avatars, voice‑overs, subtitles, music generation, and static/video generation Creative Content Creating intros, prerolls, outros, stadium visuals, and LED screen visuals Adapting videos for Social Media, PPC, TV, and stadium screens Creating sports and football‑related visuals and broadcast content Understanding retention hooks and performance‑driven creatives Basic understanding of sound design and audio synchronization Would be a plus Basic 3D motion / 3D workflow skills Experience with sports or football‑related projects Experience in Sports, Crypto, Gambling, or Marketing niches Experience mentoring or leading a motion design team Ability to build motion and AI production guidelines Ability to work within brand guidelines while maintaining strong creative quality Benefits Immerse yourself in Crypto & Web3: Master cutting‑edge technologies and become an expert in the most innovative industry.
