Position Summary:
We are hiring a Chemical Dependency Counselors Assistant (CDCA) to support clients in their recovery journey through individual and group counseling, assessments, case management, and crisis intervention. This is a vital front-line role in our clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions
• Assist with assessments and treatment planning
• Support clients in setting recovery goals and addressing barriers
• Provide referrals and coordinate community resources
• Participate in team meetings and maintain accurate documentation
• May assist with transportation or outreach as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Active CDCA certification (or proof of submission)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid drivers license, car insurance, and reliable transportation
• Must be 21+ and pass background check and drug screening
• Meets qualifications for case management services under COA standards
