Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a media and technology location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, offices, production-related areas, parking locations, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed, and document security-related incidents, maintenance concerns, and policy violations.
• Support a professional environment by communicating with site contacts, assisting with directions and questions, and following post orders for varied working conditions across the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
