We're urgently building a dedicated caregiving team to support an adult recovering from a stroke in Twin Bridges, Montana . This client is highly motivated, determined to regain independence, and is working toward returning to life on his ranch.

This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact during an important stage of someone's recovery while joining a professional, nurse-led home care team.

We proudly serve communities throughout Southwest Montana and are currently recruiting caregivers from Twin Bridges, Sheridan, Whitehall, Butte, Dillon, and surrounding areas.

Due to immediate client needs, we're urgently hiring dependable Caregivers to join this dedicated care team. Multiple daytime, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts are expected as we build consistent 24-hour coverage.

What You'll Do

As a Care Provider , you'll support one client in the comfort of his home by:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care

• Supporting safe transfers and mobility

• Assisting with meals and daily routines

• Providing companionship and encouragement throughout recovery

• Observing and reporting changes in condition

• Completing documentation accurately and on time

• Following the individualized care plan and safety protocols

• Working collaboratively with the care team to provide consistent, high-quality care
  

All new hires begin as Care Providers , with opportunities to advance to Care Professional and Care Lead through demonstrated reliability and competency.

Whether you've worked as a caregiver, CNA, healthcare professional, teacher, military member, or you've spent years caring for a parent, spouse, family member, friend, or neighbor, your life experience can make a meaningful difference. Requirements

Compensation
Base Pay

$23.00 to $26.00 per hour

Shift Differential

An additional $3.00 per hour is paid for evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.

Premium pay may also apply for select last-minute coverage needs.
