Part Time Customer Service

Schedule: Part-Time, including evenings and weekends

Position Overview

We're looking for friendly, reliable team members to provide excellent customer service and help create a fun experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and assist with lane assignments.
Process bowling, shoe rental, food, and beverage purchases.
Answer phones and assist with reservations and customer questions.
Help with parties, events, and daily operations.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older .
Friendly, outgoing, and dependable.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Cash-handling experience is a plus, but not required.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
