NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans. Use your clinical expertise to change lives — while working just 2 days a week with a flexible schedule. As a Therapeutic Counselor, you’ll help individuals and families navigate challenges, build confidence, and work toward meaningful goals. You’ll join a supportive, collaborative team where your experience and clinical perspective truly matter. What You’ll Do Provide individual and family counseling using a variety of therapeutic approaches. Support individuals facing challenges such as depression, substance abuse, stress, self-esteem, relationships, parenting, and vocational concerns. Conduct clinical assessments and provide recommendations based on participant needs. Facilitate or co-facilitate counseling groups. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on treatment planning and participant progress. Provide support, guidance, and crisis intervention as needed. Complete required clinical documentation accurately and on time. Build strong relationships with participants, families, staff, and community partners. What You Bring Master’s degree in Human Services or a related field. Two years of relevant experience. LCSW, LCPC, or Licensed School Counselor credential. Strong communication, organization, and clinical judgment. Ability to build trust and rapport quickly. Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others succeed. Why Join Us? Meaningful work.
