Role Description The Licensed Real Estate Agent role at Daniels Real Estate is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Indianapolis area. The agent will represent buyers and sellers in residential and/or commercial transactions, including conducting property showings, preparing and presenting offers, and guiding clients through negotiations and closing. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, managing listings, and staying current on local market trends and property values. The agent will collaborate with colleagues, lenders, inspectors, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions and provide consistent, high-quality customer service. The role also involves using brokerage tools and technology to manage leads, documentation, and communications in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Qualifications Active Real Estate License and thorough knowledge of Real Estate principles and practices. Strong Sales and Real Property skills, including negotiation, pricing, and contract understanding. Proven Customer Service skills with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and manage client expectations. Familiarity with the Greater Indianapolis real estate market or willingness to quickly develop local market expertise. Ability to work on-site, manage a flexible schedule, and handle multiple transactions simultaneously. Comfort with real estate technology platforms (MLS systems, CRM tools, digital document management). Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and compliance requirements.
