DutiesDuties and responsibilities vary and may increase according to grade level.Provide computer system management support.Help coordinate the planning and implementation of hardware and software upgrades, follow and enforce proper security procedures, oversee user accounts and ensure smooth and predictable data flow.Test and determine the performance and applicability of data processing equipment and techniques and prepare written reports on these findings.
