Role Description The Warehouse Specialist 1 is a new hire to a one‑year position that supports a specific function within warehouse operations. Working under the guidance of a manager and/or supervisor, Specialist 1 will master one to five of the functional skills required within a specific department. Specialist 1 will maintain safety and organizational standards as well as support any of the shared services functions as needed. Key Responsibilities Identify and inspect customer returns, identifying both product and order numbers. Communicate via email about what is being returned and the state of the items that are being returned. Operate a forklift to store products, count inventory or pull product for sales orders. Identify the required parts and complete basic repairs to damaged products. Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, storage areas, and premises as directed. Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly meetings. Any additional tasks assigned by management.
