Geotechnical DrillerGTA is currently seeking a Geotechnical Driller for our Sterling, VA office. Successful applicants should have experience with the following:Performing geotechnical and direct push "Geoprobe" explorations and well installations using hollow stem auger and mud rotary methods.Performing day-to-day operation and maintenance of drill rig equipmentDocumenting geotechnical boring with daily logsMaintaining a clean and hazard free work areaOperating within state and local regulationsThis is a physically demanding position; successful candidates must have the ability to lift 50+ pounds, have the ability to walk on uneven terrain and in undeveloped wooded areas.
