Maintain a robust talent pipeline by proactively sourcing and nurturing relationships with potential candidates. Successfully manage, prioritize, and close searches against a timeline. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry and sourcing trends and competitive hiring practices. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies. Recruit passive candidates and gauge candidate skill sets against open roles. Lead and/or participate in cross-firm special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition. Qualifications. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other related business field required. Minimum 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment with a focus on sourcing. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to use data to identify trends and improve sourcing strategies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers. Experience with various forms of social media and applicant tracking systems for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates. What makes us different?
