Join a high-volume Ford shop with OEM tools, advanced diagnostics, and support that lets productive techs win. miketerryford.com What We Offer $24 $48 per hour (experience & certifications) with real flat-rate earning potential Full-time, stable hours 8-hour shifts; weekends available Health, dental, vision Tuition reimbursement & employee discounts Factory-level diagnostics/support (Ford service data, special tools) and all-makes capability for steady work volume. miketerryford.com Your Role Diagnose, repair, and maintain domestic/import vehicles to OEM standards Partner with advisors/customers; build accurate estimates and timelines Perform inspections, drivability/electrical diagnostics (CAN/ADAS fundamentals), and full system evaluations Execute PM services: fluids, brakes, alignments, tune-ups Document precisely; follow all safety and compliance procedures Requirements Minimum 4 years hands-on technician experience (dealership or high-line independent) Strong mechanical/electrical diagnostic skills; proficiency with modern scan tools Used-car technicians and domestic-brand techs welcome ASE and/or Ford OEM certifications accepted (both preferred) Reliability, integrity, and a team-first mindset; HS diploma or equivalent
