This individual will play a critical role in bridging communication between patients and providers, assisting with clinical procedures, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in both field and surgical center settings.Key Responsibilities:Serve as a key liaison between physicians, patients, and facility staffPerform patient triage and prepare individuals for vascular proceduresAssist physicians during patient examinations and treatmentsAccurately document all clinical encounters in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systemCoordinate and schedule patient appointments as neededTrack and manage care plans and treatment follow-upsMaintain medical equipment and manage clinical supply inventoryTravel to various sites, including partner surgical centers and care facilitiesPerform additional duties as directed by the supervisor or management teamRequired Qualifications:Active Certified Medical Assistant credentialCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) certificationValid Driver's License with a clean driving recordDemonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary teamBilingual (Spanish/English) is a plusExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsStrong proficiency with computer systems; EMR and PACS experience preferredProfessional demeanor and a commitment to ongoing developmentMust not be listed on the OIG exclusion listBenefits:401(k) Retirement PlanComprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Opportunities for Professional Growth and Continuing Education
