Requirements + Job Duties Load, unload, receive, inspect, and process inbound, outbound, return, and customs-related freight while maintaining warehouse safety standards. Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, order pickers, and other material handling equipment to support warehouse and logistics operations. Use RF scanners, Bluetooth handheld devices, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to manage inventory, track shipments, and process transactions accurately. Pick, pack, label, and fulfill customer orders according to client requirements, SOPs, and quality standards to ensure on-time delivery. Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, stock control, cargo verification, and shipping/receiving documentation review. Support warehouse administration by assisting with billing activities, inventory reporting, ULD build and breakdown, cargo screening, and customer-specific shipping processes. Help drive operational excellence by training temporary staff, resolving shipping and inventory issues, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
