Facilities Maintenance Technician II New Albany, OH 43054 Sunday thru Thursday 9am to 5pm, with on‑call work availability $22.00 - $26.00/hour + Full Benefits Benefits for the Facilities Maintenance Technician II position: Weekly pay! - $22.00 - $26.00/hour dependent on your experience and skills. Essential Functions: Ensure that service delivery to the client is timely and of the highest quality. Perform repairs and troubleshooting of facility's electrical, HVAC, and plumbing. Minor troubleshooting of faulty electrical systems/circuits. Minor HVAC PMs; replace filters. Replace door locks and hardware. Repair and maintenance of floors, stairways, partitions, drywall, painting, doors, windows and furniture. Oversee sub‑contractor activity, building audits and PMs. Small project work. Utilize CMMS work order system. Additional duties as assigned. Requirements: Possess outstanding customer service skills and can‑do attitude. 5 plus years of general maintenance experience. Craft License or certificate in one trade preferred, especially HVAC, Carpentry or Electrical. Basic computer knowledge including work order systems and email. Must have the ability to complete required safety classes. Personal hand tools. Must be able to pass BCI and FBI background check as well as Drug Screen. Valid Driver's License.
