Key Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Adaptable and team-oriented, with a proactive attitude

Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers in classroom instruction and management
• Support individual or small groups of students with assignments, social-emotional learning, and behavior redirection
• Help implement lesson plans and classroom activities
• Supervise students in varied settings, such as classrooms, lunchrooms, and playgrounds
• Prepare materials and maintain a clean, organized environment
• Foster a positive, safe, and encouraging learning atmosphere
