We’re partnering with a physician‑led, value‑based primary care group focused on caring for seniors with complex chronic needs. This model is built around smaller patient panels, frequent touchpoints, and strong interdisciplinary teams—allowing physicians to form real relationships and deliver high‑impact care without burnout.
Located in St. Petersburg , you’ll enjoy year‑round sunshine, a vibrant downtown, award‑winning beaches, an active arts and food scene, and an overall cost of living that makes coastal Florida living truly attainable.

Compensation & Growth- Base salary: $260K+
- Year‑one bonus: Up to $20K (increases with tenure)
