A growing home care team serving patients throughout the Bronx is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join their team.

Position Highlights:

• Salary: $115,000–$120,000 , based on experience and service area
• Location: Bronx, NY
• Home care setting
• ✅ CHHA experience preferred, but not required

Requirements:

• Active New York State Physical Therapy license
• Minimum of 1 year of post-graduate experience
• Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel to patients' homes
