Sales AssociateAre you a design-savvy sales professional with an eye for luxury and a heart for service? We are expanding our team and seeking a talented, high-energy Sales Associate to join our Philadelphia showroom. In this role, you will represent a world-class portfolio of brands, including Kravet, Lee Jofa, Brunschwig & Fils, and Donghia.Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMResponsibilitiesConsultative Selling: Identify designer needs to suggest and sell curated product solutions across all categories (textiles, furniture, wallcoverings, carpet and lighting).Inspirational Presentation: Present luxury products in a professional, compelling, and inspirational manner that aligns with each brand's unique aesthetic.Account Management: Diligently follow up on open quotes and leads to maximize conversion and achieve showroom sales goals.Business Development: Conduct regular outreach to reactivate dormant accounts and identify new target customer groups to drive territory growth.Digital Excellence: Utilize our CRM and proprietary systems to log interactions, manage order statuses, and provide seamless customer service.Work with road reps on partnership accounts and closely with a small showroom team.Job requirementsIndustry Expertise: Working experience or formal education in Interior Design is highly preferred.Sales Hunter Mentality: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, specifically in custom home design products (furniture, carpet, etc.).Relationship Builder: Natural ability to build long-term client trust and provide "white-glove" customer service.Tech-Fluent: Comfortable using CRM systems and digital platforms to manage a high-volume workflow.Organizational Mastery: Strong time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Compensation & BenefitsAnnual Base Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 (Paid hourly).Estimated Base with Commissions: $59,500-$69,500 per year.Plus quarterly bonus potential!This job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of salaries or hourly rates that Kravet believes, at the time of this posting, that it might be willing to pay for the posted job.
