Looking for strong performance test lead at onsite (US) to handle insurance domain project and should have worked in onsite offshore model with extensive client handling experience in insurance domain mainly commercial lines. Should be able to support offshore team from onsite in extended hours.

Job responsibilities include:

• Need strong performance test lead for following skill set and min 7-9 years of experience –
• Must have handled a team of 4-6 members
• Should have strong technical & conceptual performance testing knowledge
• Hands-on with J-Meter/Load-Runner/SOAP-UI/Performance Center
• Should be proficient in areas of non-functional requirements analysis, workload modelling, preparation of performance test scripts, understanding data requirements and creation of data, execution and monitor performance test scenarios, preparation and analysis of test results, identifying performance bottlenecks through server side analysis.
• Experience in performance results analysis & monitoring using tools like perfmon, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, CA Wily IntroScope, VMSTAT, SAR etc
• Should have extensive experience in estimation and testing life cycle also crafting of test plan and test strategy document
• Should have strong analytical and problem solving skills for automating the manual tasks (excel macro, bean-shell scripting, command line control)
• Proficiency in web- web services, AJAX protocols
• Test management tool ALM, Rally
• Knowledge of SQL database, web & app servers
• Should have worked on agile project
• Interact with clients to understand the business requirement of project/enhancements
• Coordinate with clients for change requests and implement in testing
• Perform different types of testing such as load/stress/aggregate/endurance testing/API testing
• Coordination with offshore team
