Transaction Support Associate

Tempe, AZ (Onsite) $20.00/hour Contract | 3–4 Months with Possible Extension We are hiring multiple Transaction Support Associates to support a high‑volume real estate operations team in Tempe, AZ. This is a fully in‑office position supporting transaction coordination, documentation review, and operational processes tied to residential real estate transactions. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Schedule Monday – Friday – Fully onsite in Tempe, AZ Key Responsibilities Initiate earnest money and option fee wire transfers accurately and on time Review and verify insurance claims and supporting documentation Obtain, review, and upload HOA documents and related transaction records Research HOA violations, litigations, and discrepancies Collect and organize insurance declaration documents Initiate and track transaction‑related work orders Coordinate guard gate access requirements for properties Validate final transaction documentation prior to closing Communicate with HOAs, title companies, and escrow partners via phone and email Track transaction activity using Zendesk and internal systems Partner with internal teams to resolve transaction issues efficiently Maintain accuracy while managing a high volume of active transactions MUST HAVE Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Professional communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work in a structured, process‑driven environment Comfortable learning new systems and technology platforms Reliable and able to manage deadlines effectively Ability to work onsite in Phoenix, AZ Monday–Friday
