Night Warehouse Coordinator

Company Description Performance Foodservice, PFG's broadline distributor, maintains a unique relationship with a variety of local customers, including independent restaurants and hotels, healthcare facilities, schools, and quick-service eateries. A team of sales reps, chefs, consultants, and other experts builds close relationships with customers - providing advice on improving operations, menu development, product selection, and operational strategies. The Performance team delivers delicious food but also goes above and beyond to help independent restaurant owners achieve their dreams. Job Description Schedule: Sunday - Thursday; 4:00pm - 12:30am; with overtime as needed Responsible for operating forklift in warehouse observing all safety regulations and ensuring all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process. Schedules and confirms all shipping for site. Provides administrative support for this area including the communication, paperwork and system data entry. Answers questions and solves issues based on extensive warehouse and company specific knowledge. May assist with training. Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company. Assist in moving trailers in and out of dock doors and loading of trailers. Preferred Qualifications Forklift Operator certificate and Electric Cart Certificate 2-4 years Warehouse shipping admin support and data entry experience.
