Overview Our Commercial Service Managers play a key leadership role in our local Terminix branches, motivating and guiding Pest Technician Teams to deliver outstanding service to our valued customers. Responsibilities Monitor branch scheduling and ensure pest tech routes are successfully completed. Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met or exceeded. Respond to customer concerns, including resolving cancellation requests. Inspect and evaluate the performance of Pest Technicians. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of pest control products. Facilitate continual training of local sales and service teams. Qualifications Associate’s degree and a valid driver’s license are required; a four‑year degree is highly desirable. 1–2 years of related experience is helpful, but not required. Willingness to relocate is highly desirable. Ability to lead and motivate others effectively. Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and presenting. Excellent problem‑solving abilities with a focus on practical solutions. Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with customers and employees. Detail oriented with a strong focus on safety. Proficiency in basic/intermediate math for calculations related to sales and service. Comfortable working outdoors and in confined spaces such as crawl spaces and attics when necessary. Valid driver’s license from the state of residence.
