About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to join their team. The successful candidate will be a strategic sales leader, responsible for creating and maintaining a three-year sales plan, owning the annual and long-range revenue forecast, and continuously assessing market channel viability. This role requires the ability to recommend and support a competitive premium pricing strategy, oversee the DTC channel, and drive the commercialization process. The VP of Sales will also be tasked with developing and stewarding the company's most strategic retail partnerships, managing channel conflict, and representing the company at key industry events. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in an executive sales management capacity, with a proven track record in managing complex, multi-channel sales organizations. Experience in a seasonal environment and with seasonal products is a plus. The role demands excellent communication, team management, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, particularly in operations and marketing. The VP of Sales will be expected to travel nationally and must be adept at defining and tracking KPIs, reporting on sales performance, and engaging with the sales team and key customers. A strong educational background and a commitment to the company's mission and strategic priorities are essential.
