Flexible work schedules Full administrative support Responsibilities: Provides assessment and appropriate nursing services and physician support for consumers. Assists in planning, linking, advocacy, coordination and monitoring health and psychiatric services. Assesses needs, develops and monitors Person Centered Plans and documents treatment in an accurate and timely manner. Provides education on medication, wellness and health issues to consumers, providers, family members and staff. Prepares and administers appropriate screenings, injections, medications and documenting in the electronic health record. Qualifications: Associates Degree from an accredited nursing education program. One to two years’ experience as a Registered Nurse, preferred experience working with individuals with mental illness.
