We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our growing Maintenance team. In this role, you’ll perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on our CNC production equipment and facility systems to help ensure safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operations. What You Will Do Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues. Respond to equipment breakdowns, maintenance work orders, and emergency repair requests. Perform equipment adjustments, component replacements, and repairs as required. Troubleshoot machinery to restore safe and reliable operation with minimal downtime. Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), safety procedures, and established maintenance standards. Maintain accurate maintenance records and work order documentation. Partner with production operators and supervisors to minimize production interruptions. Identify recurring equipment failures and recommend corrective actions. Maintain tools, replacement parts, and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition. Perform other duties as assigned. Do You Have? High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred. Technical training, apprenticeship, certification, or coursework in industrial maintenance or related field is a plus. Working knowledge of mechanical systems; electrical experience preferred. Ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial production equipment. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Ability to read maintenance manuals, schematics, and work instructions. Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety. Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking and work order systems. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with production teams.
