Job Summary:

Provide specialized critical care nursing to ICU patients, delivering advanced treatment and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Responsible for managing complex medical conditions in a high-acuity environment.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patient conditions continuously and modify care plans accordingly.
  
  
• 
  Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and operate advanced ICU equipment.
  
  
• 
  Perform bedside procedures such as arterial and central line insertions, and manage airway care.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop coordinated care strategies.
  
  
• 
  Document patient progress and interventions accurately in the electronic medical record.
  
  
• 
  Respond promptly to emergency situations, utilizing critical thinking and clinical skills.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold an active RN license with a minimum of 1 year of current ICU experience.
  
  
• 
  Obtain BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications.
  
  
• 
  Prefer candidates with Meditech experience, CVICU/CTICU, or post-operative open-heart surgery experience.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate proficiency in bedside procedures, ventilator management, and drip titrations.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit strong teamwork, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills.
