Customer Education Specialist

To enhance user understanding and feature adoption, the full-time Customer Education Specialist will design, develop, and deliver scalable training programs and product education initiatives while collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Service/Support, and Marketing teams in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Support the development and delivery of scalable training initiatives, including webinars and structured learning programs Create and maintain high-quality product education content across various formats, ensuring consistency and accuracy Collaborate with Product teams to support feature launches through training and user-facing communications Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in training, product education, or customer enablement, preferably in finance Experience creating multi-format educational content, including video and live sessions Strong ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, user-friendly materials Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) or content platforms is a plus
