RN - Endoscopy

Endoscopy RN - 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Shift

Location: Smyrna, TN

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Job Description: Join a dynamic team in the Endoscopy unit with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care. In this role, you will be involved in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including but not limited to EGD, Colonoscopy, and Bronchoscopy. As an Endoscopy RN, you will ensure the safety and comfort of patients undergoing these procedures while collaborating with fellow healthcare professionals.

• Administer medications and monitor patients during procedures.
• Assist physicians during endoscopic procedures.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Utilize EMR systems (Meditech, Provation) for documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotations every 5-8 days and weekends as scheduled.

• Current RN license and BLS certification are mandatory.
• Endoscopy experience is required.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team player.
