Job Summary The Quality Assurance Specialist provides enterprise-wide operational oversight for modality performance across the Mass General Brigham (MGB) Radiology. Qualifications Education: Associate's Degree Health Sciences required or Bachelor's Degree Health Sciences preferred Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No Licenses and Credentials: Radiologic Technologist [MA - Radiography and Mammography] required ARRT-R required ARRT-M required Experience: Radiology Technologist experience with multiple patient populations 5-7 years preferred or Leadership experience 1-2 years preferred or Quality experience 2-3 years preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Good communication skills. Ability to effectively evaluate and problem solve. Ability to work independently. Ability to guide, teach, and motivate others. Good business acumen and analytical skills.
