Ideal candidates will have experience treating a diverse patient population, from infants to geriatrics, and will be comfortable addressing various diagnoses including post-stroke rehabilitation and total joint replacement. Responsibilities Provide evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients. Administer therapeutic interventions and adjust treatments as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to enhance patient care. Maintain accurate patient documentation in TruBridge - Evident. Participate in department activities and traveler engagement initiatives. Schedule This is an 8-hour shift position, Monday through Friday. Outpatient shifts may start at 7:30 AM, with some flexibility offered by management. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active BLS certification is required. Experience with both inpatient and outpatient therapy settings is preferred.
