Senior Software Engineer

Salary: $84,000 - 124,000 per year Requirements:

• We expect knowledge of modern infrastructure technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, serverless architectures, and microservices.
• We require proficiency with DevOps tooling such as Git, CI/CD, configuration management, observability, and infrastructure-as-code languages like Terraform and HCL.
• We look for experience with containerized, serverless, microservices, and event-driven architecture patterns.
• We need experience building modern, responsive web applications.
• We require proficiency in creating and consuming APIs, including REST and SOAP.
• Preferred: strong .NET skills with hands-on C# experience.
• Preferred: significant professional experience in the Microsoft .NET ecosystem, including .NET Framework and .NET Core.
• Preferred: experience with additional programming languages such as Python or Go.
• Preferred: experience with modern front-end frameworks such as Blazor or Angular.
• Preferred: experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Preferred: experience with database architecture and administration across relational and NoSQL systems.
• Preferred: experience designing software for AI workloads, including agentic AI architectures, orchestration patterns, and infrastructure needs.

• We apply coding standards and best practices to create clean, efficient, maintainable, and scalable software.
• We actively participate in code reviews and collaborate to refine designs and resolve issues.
• We manage deliverables through the software development life cycle and escalate risks or blockers when needed.
• We join working sessions to demonstrate incremental progress and assess readiness for release.
• We partner with the Product team by providing technical input for refinement and planning.
• We work with Quality Engineers to resolve observations and defects.
• We build and maintain automated unit and integration tests to verify code behavior.
• We monitor and support software to meet service-level agreements.
• We stay current on relevant technologies through independent research and share what we learn with the team.
