What we're offering:

• Competitive flat-rate pay based on experience and certifications
• Sign-on bonus for qualified experienced technicians
• Plenty of work and opportunity to produce
• Paid vacation and holidays
• Health and dental insurance
• 401(k) / savings plan
• Short- and long-term disability
• Paid training and opportunities to grow
• Employee discounts
• A locally owned, third-generation family dealership

CDJR/Stellantis experience is greatbut it isn't required. If you're an experienced technician working for another brand or an independent shop, we'd still like to talk. And if you're currently employed and don't want your rsum floating around town, we understand that too.

Come have a confidential conversation with us. No pressure. No rsum required. Sometimes the best career move starts with a 10-minute conversation.
