Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse, located in Michigan. This role involves leading the coordination and delivery of high-quality, compassionate patient care in a fast-paced ER setting. The position emphasizes effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details

• Position Description: Provides leadership in coordinating and delivering quality patient care by utilizing the nursing processassessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Responsible for delegating, supervising, and documenting care and teaching to patients and families. Ensures effective communication of pertinent patient and family information to the healthcare team. Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures the implementation of solutions.
• Required Qualifications: BSN, Tennessee Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) preferred, ACLS, BLS from the American Heart Association, current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
• Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Experience in an emergency room setting is required. The assignment duration is 13 weeks with an option to extend. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
