Our current hygienists earn $55–$60 per hour, plus additional bonus compensation , and we are offering a $5,000–$10,000 sign-on bonus for the right candidate. What You’ll Do Deliver high-quality preventive and periodontal care Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients Educate patients about oral health and treatment recommendations Utilize modern digital technology and charting systems Collaborate with doctors and team members to provide comprehensive care Help create an outstanding patient experience from start to finish Maintain accurate clinical documentation and periodontal charting Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment What We’re Looking For Active Pennsylvania dental hygiene license Positive attitude and team-first mindset Strong communication and patient education skills Attention to detail and commitment to clinical excellence Someone who takes pride in providing exceptional patient care A dependable professional interested in finding a long-term career home New graduates are welcome to apply.
