Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.Basic Qualifications• Experience in leading a team in a Manufacturing environment such as Machining, Composites, Tube/Weld, Chemical Processing/Paint, Tooling, Production Control, &/or Assembly• Experienced in F35 Processes and Procedures• Experienced leadership and understanding in oversight for improving cost, quality, schedule, and safetyDesired Skills• Exhibit Full Spectrum Leadership Skills in daily business• Experienced in dealing with labor union workforce• Knowledge of PMT teams• Must have the ability to manage in a changing environment• Must have the ability to foster a positive work environment and lead by example• Strong skills in conflict resolution, team building and business management leadership• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skill• Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing environment• Knowledge of Affordability and CRI process• Strong skills in conflict resolution and team building is a plus• Appropriate degree form an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment• Demonstrated experience Leading PMT teamsPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $109700.00 - $203700.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
