Entry Level Miners – Mining Operations – Ely, NV Turner Mining Group is hiring Entry Level Miners in Ely, NV. This is a full-time opportunity designed as a starting point into mining operations or maintenance, with growth into Production Miner or Fuel/Lube Technician roles. This position focuses on safe production, MSHA compliance, hazard identification, and preventative maintenance awareness. Candidates will receive on-the-job training and become proficient operating water trucks, haul trucks, and fuel/lube trucks while supporting site production and safety initiatives. What You’ll Be Doing: Assist with safe mining production operations Participate in MSHA regulatory training and compliance Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments Perform pre-operation inspections Train on haul trucks, water trucks, and fuel/lube trucks Support preventative maintenance awareness Maintain strong housekeeping and safety standards Work flexible day/night shifts as needed What You’ll Need: 0–1 year mining or heavy industry experience preferred Ability to meet OSHA/MSHA requirements Valid and insurable driver’s license Strong communication skills Strong attendance and safety record Ability to lift up to 85 lbs Ability to push/pull 55 lbs Ability to perform repetitive physical movements What Will Make You Stand Out: Prior mining or heavy equipment exposure Strong safety-first mindset Willingness to grow into advanced equipment roles #J-18808-Ljbffr
