Fermi America is expanding its talent acquisition team for Project Matador in Texas. We seek a Senior Recruiter who will own end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio spanning construction, financial, commercial, and other business functions. You will source directly, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage offers with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, strong sourcing proficiency (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter), and a #J-18808-Ljbffr Fermi Inc
