Average earnings for our Sales Associates exceed $100,000 annually.

• Greet and engage customers in a professional and timely manner
• Build and maintain strong product knowledge across multiple brands
• Identify customer needs and guide them through the buying process
• Confidently handle and overcome objections
• Respond to customer inquiries with urgency and accuracy
• Maintain consistent follow-up to build pipeline and close sales
• Manage multiple customers and tasks efficiently
• Continuously develop and apply new skills to improve performance

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive to produce results
• Coachable and open to feedback and accountability
• Highly organized with strong follow-up habits
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency

• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Reliable commute to Hillsboro, OR 97123
• Sales experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate
• Availability to work a full-time schedule, including weekends
