- Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting to ensure equipment efficiency.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues with precision and expertise.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients on-site.
- Document service calls and maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in refrigeration technology.
- Adhere to safety protocols and best practices at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial refrigeration and food service equipment.
- EPA certification for refrigerant handling is required.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call duties.
