Norton Healthcare’s Neuro ICU Step Down is a 42-bed unit delivering high-acuity care for patients with acute stroke, peritoneal dialysis, and related conditions. The unit is recognized as a Silver Plus Target Stroke Honor Roll Elite and Target Type 2 Diabetes Honor Roll by DNV, and is a DNV-certified stroke center. As an RN, you are accountable for safe, patient- and family-centered care, supervising licensed and non-licensed staff, and applying the Swanson model of care to assess and implement #J-18808-Ljbffr Norton Healthcare
