Property Operations & Leasing Leader

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to oversee daily operations of a stabilized 300-unit property, ensuring financial and occupancy targets are met. You will lead the on-site team, manage budgets, coordinate maintenance, and foster resident satisfaction. Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in property management, strong leadership, and solid communication skills, with experience in budgeting and leasing.
