The primary focus of this role is the student population within the school environment, requiring sensitivity to their unique challenges and backgrounds. You will work closely with children and adolescents who may be dealing with mental health issues, family dynamics, and community-related adversities. Your efforts will directly contribute to their academic success, emotional health, and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

  • \n
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, cultural competence, and a deep understanding of social and economic justice issues are essential.
  • \n
Preferred Experience\n
