We are seeking an experienced Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) for a 12-week contract assignment in a fast-paced intermediate care environment. This role is ideal for nurses with strong telemetry and cardiac monitoring experience who are passionate about providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to adult telemetry and intermediate care patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and manage dysrhythmias
• Care for pre- and post-cardiac catheterization patients, pacemaker patients, and post-MI patients
• Assess and monitor patients with chest pain, COPD, diabetes, hypertension, renal failure, and stroke-related conditions
• Administer medications and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Float within scope to support other units as needed
• Respond

Requirements: Minimum 1 year of Telemetry RN experience Cardiac PCU/Stepdown experience preferred Active RN license required ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required Strong cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation skills Experience with EPIC charting preferred Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities
