Requirements

• Proven experience in underwriting within the mortgage or financial services industry, with familiarity in loan origination and processing
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, including forecasting, risk analysis, and technical accounting principles
• Proficiency in financial software applications and tools used for data collection, modeling, and report writing
• Excellent math skills coupled with a solid grasp of banking concepts, credit analysis, and portfolio management strategies
