HOUSING MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Unacompanied Housing Program Coordinator

Plans and coordinates the activities of the Unaccompanied Housing (UH) Program, ensuring the UH program complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Represents Unaccompanied Housing Section with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Manages Unaccompanied Housing (UH) administrative operations with responsibility for UH planning and activity performance. Serves as the Base Civil Engineer's representative for unaccompanied housing matters. Independently conducts joint resident-management quarters inspections to evaluate the cleanliness, maintenance, and habitability of the unit, furnishings, equipment, and facilities. Performs studies and surveys to determine need capital repairs and replacements for family housing and barracks.
