Job Description

Construction Superintendent responsible for overall field execution of complex light industrial projects, including safety compliance, schedule management, subcontractor coordination, quality control, site logistics, and budget oversight. Leads daily operations, resolves field issues, ensures adherence to plans/specifications, manages inspections, drives productivity, maintains project documentation, and delivers projects on time, within budget, and to client expectations.

The Successful Applicant

This individual thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of project outcomes, and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and professionalism. They possess a comprehensive understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, site logistics, quality control, and regulatory compliance. A proactive mindset, sound decision-making abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential. Candidates should have experience overseeing concurrent project activities, coordinating subcontractors, conducting safety meetings, managing inspections, and ensuring work is executed in accordance with contract documents and company standards. Proficiency with construction management software and reporting tools is preferred. Above all, the successful candidate is a team-oriented leader who can motivate others, foster accountability, and consistently deliver exceptional results for clients and stakeholders.
